February Event Highlights

Some of the Great Events we got to bring Entertainment to this Month included:

Chinese New Year Tech Party

We brought some great color and excitement to a Chinese New Year themed party at a Tech company in San Francisco.
The red and gold costumed entertainers represented the Fire for the fire monkey year… and we had a Stilt Walker, Living Table, and Champagne Skirt.

 

Wedding Pop up at the City Club SF

 Our fabulous golden Deluxe Champagne Skirt Lady greeted guests as they wandered into the charming Wedding Pop up produced and hosted by San Francisco City Club. Guests got to sample many options available to them for wedding rentals including hair/makeup, drinks and nibbles, photo booths, cigar rolling, and of course the champagne bar perched on the costume of our performer.

Mad Science themed event at the Exploratorium

Our favorite Entertainment Agency client Entire Productions brought us in as part of a highly customized Entertainment package for a corporate event at the Exploratorium in San Francisco. Entire Productions worked closely with the client to come up with the beaker skirt concept and then we got to bring it to life!

It was a Mad Science theme and all the catering staff were in lab coats. We got to create a futuristic new costume and bring out a Champagne Skirt specifically designed/created to carry glass beakers- which can be used to hold flowers or messages- or in this case bubbly with flavored liquers. More on our Champagne Skirts

Our Mad Scientist character actor was going around engaging guests in his eccentric geeky way while also serving nibbles of a lit up tray. This is what we love to do- have fantastical characters that also serve practical functions.

Great Gatsby Party at Mountain Winery

We were brought in under Rick Herns Productions on a gorgeous Gatsby themed corporate soiree up on the hill in Saratoga at the Mountain Winery.
As always Rick Herns did an incredible job with all the Decor. He has props and decor for almost every theme and custom made some new ones for this.

Our Gatsby Showgirl Champagne Lady was a greeter and bubbly hostess… making guests feel special as they arrived. Rick paired her with 2 other character actors that gave out “money” for the gambling tables and hair decorations for the ladies to get into the theme.

Prom Entertainment

Spring is right around the corner, and as you count down the last few months to graduation, it’s time to plan for PROM NIGHT!  Catalyst Arts Eventertainment has a handful of offerings perfect for prom events- from entertainment, temp tattoo packages, and unique photo studio options, we’ve got you covered.

We provide several entertainment options available for your prom, including Living Tables, Stilt Walkers, Caricature Artists, Fortune Tellers, Face painting, Airbrush tattoos, Cirque/Dancers and more.

Interactivity Option – HENNA LACE TEMPORARY TATTOOS

The Henna Lace Temporary Tattoos are a great activity option that has all the appeal of henna without the time and mess concerns of henna.

This package includes efficient, friendly, and costumed tattoo techs who provide all the necessary equipment to apply the tattoos and an elegant scene with matching tablecloths and dresses. After waiting a couple seconds for the tattoo to dry, take a picture of it in our framed selfie station! Packages start at $350 for 2 tattoo techs for 2 hours.

We also offer similar packages with Metallic Flash & Glitter Tattoos as well as Airbrush Tattoos. Prices vary on these.

CATALYST AIRSHIP PHOTO PACKAGES

The elegant Catalyst Airship is a unique 25-foot Airstream trailer that can be used as a mobile getting-ready location, a makeup studio, a photo/video studio and more.

The Catalyst Airship, a 25″ airstream that has been converted into an elegant location for a variety of occasions!

Your prom committee can rent it as a great addition to the main event space you’ve booked, where students can even create a digital yearbook. Or reserve it as a VIP location for you and your friends to get ready and take pro quality pictures together!

There are several packages available, including a Temporary Tattoo Parlor Package which has options for airbrush, glitter, metallic or henna tattoos, or a Photo Studio Package  which includes the use of fabulous props, 3 backdrops, a photographer for up to 3 hours and a digital image gallery.

Our Deluxe Packages start  at $1,500 and can include a makeup artist, and photo prints or even  flipbooks!

Our brand new FRAME WALL provides a signature photo opp with a 7ft tall and 8 feet wide wall featuring 3 frames for fabulous group photos. You can have a photographer or we can setup a DIY photo setup with timer… or even make it a Selfie Station!
Customization options include signs, props, and the option for on-site prints.
