  • The Account manager provides creative direction, organization, & thorough communication with a client for the full lifecycle of an event contract.
    They make sure the workflow is completed, while providing a warm human interaction & exceptional client experience.
    • Conduct client phone calls & video meetings
    • Draft Proposals (using our resources & templates)
    • Cast Talent (with oversight from owner)
    • Provide training for on site manager (or Be them)
    • Keep event & client card in database up to date
    • Own full lifecycle of client communication, including follow-ups
  • Previous work experience in an agency or events/entertainment company 
  • Hospitality, Hotel, Marketing, Sales & Event planning experience all helpful 
  • Outstanding communication skills, written & verbal 
  • Organizational skills & attention to detail
