The Account manager provides creative direction, organization, & thorough communication with a client for the full lifecycle of an event contract.They make sure the workflow is completed, while providing a warm human interaction & exceptional client experience.

Conduct client phone calls & video meetings

Draft Proposals (using our resources & templates)

Cast Talent (with oversight from owner)

Provide training for on site manager (or Be them)

Keep event & client card in database up to date

Own full lifecycle of client communication, including follow-ups

Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in an agency or events/entertainment company
- Hospitality, Hotel, Marketing, Sales & Event planning experience all helpful
- Outstanding communication skills, written & verbal
- Organizational skills & attention to detail
