May Event Highlights

What a full & exciting month!

May 1st we provided these lovely Dessert Living Tables for a celebration at the Fairmont Hotel thanks to Entire Productions

May 9th we got to send some colorful & prismatic entertainment elements to the Full Spectrum Gala at the Exploratorium again thanks to Entire Productions.
Our colorful tray ladies greeted with candy and later switched to Glow toys. Our Mirror Dancers swirled through the event reflecting lights and delighting guests.

May 10th was our 3rd year in a row providing some wow factor for the HumanKindness Gala at City Hall. Our Ballerina in a Bubble and Champagne Skirt hostesses greeted guests and later our Tray ladies distributed swag & gifts. 

May 15th we sent 2 face painters to a staff party at the infamous Museum of Ice Cream!

May 19th we provided entertainers for 6 events! Holy wow.

The JDRF Hope Gala at the Ritz Carlton was quite the glamorous affair and our golden hostesses added extra sparkle and excitement as well as helping bring their 007 Bond theme to life. 

We also brought 2 very talented Circus performers to a Cirque themed prom at the Bentley Reserve thanks to SF Proms. Our freestanding lyra aerialist & LED Cyr Wheel featured act.

May 19th we produced a Gold Package for our loyal client CM2 for a Preakness event at Golden Gate Fields in Berkeley. Over a dozen performers delighted guests in a variety of ways. See the whole Gallery here in Recent Events. 


May 20th we sent 6 professional body painters to an activation for Netflix/Arrested Development show lead by Lead Dog Marketing. 20 guys were painted head to toe in blue by our artists and then let loose on San Francisco for the Bay to Breakers run!
We will be doing the same thing for them on June 3rd at Clusterfest in SF.

April Highlights

April is a delightful month getting warmer & full of blossoms.

Here is some of the highlights of events we brought our dazzle to this month. 

April 12th We sent 2 of our lovely Bella Rosa Champagne Skirt Hostesses to an
SF Travel event in Sacramento booked by Entire Productions

April 14th- Flow Kana Launch Party in Mendocino

This event started off with a lovely reception on the lawn with live band and nibbles and our walkabout characters. 

& then after the guests had the grand tour of the land they were greeted by our performers on the bridge who lead a parade to the Wild Saloon party portion of the festivities.

April 21st we had a handful of events- a kids party, a bar mitzvah, a wedding & a prom!
Here is the classic grecian Living Statue we sent to a prom thanks to SF Proms

April 22nd we sent these 2 Golden beauties to a private birthday party in Oakland

April 22 we also sent this beautiful Rosé Dessert Living Table to add excitement & delight to a Wedding Showcase event at the University Club of San Francisco

March Highlights

HAPPY SPRING!!

Here are some of the fantastical things we got up to this month!

March 3rd – We sent a Fire & Ice Living Tables & a Venetian Snow Queen Stilt Walker to a School Fundraiser event at the Levi’s Stadium 

March 10th – We sent this charming classic Mime to greet guests for a Prom at the Scottish Rite ballroom for SF Proms

& March 17th – We sent these Gatsby inspired interactive character actors also for SF Proms

March 20th – Once again we were part of this special marketing showcase event that is the talk of the town for local event planners… put on by Entire Productions. At their Equinox Spring Showcase 2 of our signature ‘bella rosa’ costumed attendants applied scented floral tattoos along with glitter & face paint for a Spring themed Skin Décor experience! 

March 23rd – We created some fabulous customized Studio 54 themed  Go Go Dancers & a Body painted Goddess for Ideas Event Styling for a special Vip Birthday celebration at the St. Regis Hotel in SF


March 24th – We body painted & styled these gorgeous Gold Greek God Living Statues for a Fundraiser at the Bentley Reserve

February Highlights

In February in addition to attending the Special Events Convention in New Orleans… we did a handful of lovely events- many of which are featured below.

Feb. 2nd- City Club Wedding Showcase- we once again brought our ever popular Champagne Skirt Hostess to a delightful elegant wedding event at this historic club and venue in downtown San Francisco.

Feb. 3rd- We sent 2 talented HENNA ARTISTS to a Bar Mitzvah in SF thanks to Lisa Feldman Designs.


Feb. 10th- MARIN VALENTINES BALL- it was our 3rd year in a row of sending 2 tall lovelies to greet guests on the red carpet of this Fundraising Gala in San Rafael. 

Feb. 10th- CSI Corporate Event at San Francisco City Hall…
also our 3rd year in a row- once again we brought our client Jeff Nuss’s ideas to life in Body Painted Character Models who are featured as a central element in the cocktail reception portion of the night.

January Highlights

Historically a Slooow month… our executive Lady boss took off for some adventures in Mexico & Guatemala.
And thanks to our great managers we were able to do a handful of great events too.

January 12th we sent a Tarot Card Reader & a Champagne Skirt Hostess to a CIRCUS themed Party in Palo Alto- thanks to 1 Up Events

January 13th we sent two Illuminated Butterfly Greeters to an event at the California Academy of Sciences- thanks to Entire Productions

January 25th & 26th we were hired by Cm2 to help spice up their ‘Out of this World’ themed Booth at a Tradeshow at the Santa Clara Convention Center… so we sent them a brand new customized 4 legged surreal masked Stilt Walker & our brand new Mirror Suit Dancer… and they won ‘Best Overall Booth’!

January 25th we also provided a large specialty eventertainment package for an afterparty of that same convention… they called it the Intergalactic Gala!
Our Glow Tray Ladies passed out glow toys & branded bits while our glow Stilt Walkers dazzled & greeted, and then we produced a 20 minute long choreographed Stage Show with ballet, roller skating duo, a glow hoop solo, a mirror dancer duet, & a Cyr Wheel finale. Then we debuted our new Roller skating intergalactic UV Geisha character, and had some airbrush too.

After the Show our new UV Geisha roller skated around bringing a magical surreal vibe with her and posing for photos with guests.

December Highlights

December was a record breaking month!
We had way too many events to try to feature here… so here are a little sampling of some favorites from the 40 parties we provided Entertainment for!

Dec. 2nd we got to help animate a STEAMPUNK THEMED HOLIDAY PARTY at The Barlow in Sebastapol.

Our Airbrush Artists decorated both Hats & People, our walkabout character delighted people with antics from his puppetry hat and his suitcase of wonders, and our champagne skirt & stilt walkers added excitement and great photo opps.

December 3rd VIANSA WINERY IN SONOMA

Our Golden Rose Champagne Skirt hostess greeted wine club member guests with Viansa’s sparkly pinot chardonnay. 

Dec. 6th – COMPASS FAMILY SERVICES @ TWITTER HQ
For the 3rd year in a row Twitter hired us to bring some interactive entertainment to a family holiday celebration for Compass Family Services who provides various services to underserved populations in San Francisco.
Our face painters & balloon twisters, ballerina & princesses brought the party to life with fantasy & delight.

Dec. 7th- We brought this dazzling Gatsby Showgirl Champagne Skirt at the historic Scottish Rite Center in Oakland thanks to Checkers Catering.

Dec. 8th- we brought a customized ‘GROOVY DECORATION STATION’ to The CLIF BAR SUMMER OF LOVE THEMED HOLIDAY PARTY in SF thanks to Spot on Events – and had a line all night of people wanting to get some glitter & flowers & fun embellishments. 

Dec. 9th- We brought 2 glittering Stilt Walkers & 2 Beauty techs/Glitz Station to a GLITTER BALL  themed Holiday Party. 

December 9th- We provided 4 entertainers for a LET IT SNOW Themed Holiday Party for Snowflake at Julia Morgan Ballroom.
Guests were greeted in the lobby by this beautiful hostess with rosé and bubbly & chardonnay… and then a stilt walker & ballerina & our Deluxe Stilt Drinks Dress surprised them throughout the night with visible & drinkable delights. 

Dec. 13th- CORPORATE WINTER CELEBRATION @ LEVI’S STADIUM
Guests were greeted before entering the building by this character creating Bubbles of all sizes…The bubble theme continued in the Lobby where our Giant bubble had a contortionist and ballerina alternating inside it while a violinist serenaded them.

Upstairs our Deluxe Stilt Champagne Skirt gave them a welcome drink and our strolling tarot reader & our Fortune booth Tarot reader provided readings to guests. 

Dec. 14th- We were hired by Mimi the Party Queen to provide Futuristic Space Hostesses & Out of this World Airbrush for a Tech Holiday Party.
The space waitresses greeted guests with bubbly and then later handed out blinky rings. Guests loved the airbrush because it helped them to get into the theme! Check our FUTURISTIC GALLERY Here

Dec. 15th we were hired by Entire Productions to bring a male & female Champagne Skirt & 2 body painted Living Statue contortionists to a Masquerade themed Holiday Party at the Exploratorium.

& for NEW YEARS EVE Catalyst Arts will provide Specialty Entertainers for 3 of the major parties in San Francisco… 
A List SF Wonderland, SF Nightlife’s NYE at the W Hotel, & Imagine NYE at the Palace of Fine Arts! There will probably need to be a whole blog post just for these…

November Event Highlights

November 2nd our own Audette Sophia did some Face paint magic for Day of the Dead at Asiento in SF… including 4 promo models from Cazadores Tequila!

Nov. 8th we got to go to the dark sexy side with our beaker skirt… serving signature cocktails out of beakers at a big Dreamforce after party.. booked by Entire Productions. 

On November 11th we got to send a large group of costumed characters and talent to a magical wedding anniversary celebration at the Old Mint in SF– masterfully designed by Nicole Sillapere this party was such a treat… with themed zones around every bend.

Nov. 16th Embassy Suites Monterey Bay in Seaside, CA held a grand reopening event to celebrate the completion of their multi-million dollar coastal inspired renovation… and our Champagne Skirt hostess added excitement to the celebration. 

Nov. 18th we had the pleasure of sending Goddesses & Go Go’s to a very special 50th Birthday party at the Fairmont in SF… starting at the penthouse suite…

Then 6 dancers helped hype up the Gold Disco themed party in the Ballroom.

On November 30th we once again helped bring some razzle dazzle to the annual Holidazzle Party in San Francisco… this year at the Fairmont Hotel. Also this year we added a golden Champagne Skirt Hostess to the VIP.
(P.S. the same producers throw A List SF NYE Party and this will be Catalyst Arts 8th year in a row sending stilt walkers to it!)

October Event Highlights

As usual October is an Action-Packed month of exciting Events!

On October 5th Innovative Entertainment brought us in for a design firms soiree at the historical Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park to help animate their Summer of Love theme.
We had a couple of LED Hooping Hippies and a couple gorgeous Flower Child Go Go Dancers… with 60’s music playing and a backdrop of amazing Projections (by Obscura Digital) onto the building. 

On October 13th we brought a Mermaid & a Merman & a Glow Hoop Stage Duet to a fundraising event at the Ritz Carleton San Francisco.

 

On October 14th we sent 2 of our Drinks Dresses to an elegant Wedding at the Julia Morgan Ballroom in SF- one serving guests bubbly and one serving red & white wine for the Reception.

We also sent 6 LED Stilt Walkers to a Light the Night Fundraiser Walk for Leukemia Lymphoma Society in San Jose.
Our client said “We absolutely LOVED having you all out at Light The Night again this year. I’m so glad we were able to have 6 of you all decked out in glowing red, white, and gold. It was truly special. Thank you so much for the care and detail that I know went into building the outfits.”

On Oct. 21st one of our favorite charity clients Hack Cancer had us bring 2 golden Stilt Walkers plus a Champagne Skirt hostess for the VIP. One of the highlights of the night was our stilt walkers turning the dance floor into a game of Limbo!

On October 26th we were asked by the Legion of Honor to bring a special custom Living Statue to the Donor Reception for the Gods in Color Exhibition Opening… and so our white stone statue was also given some color.

October 27th we brought a heap of talent to a Monster Mash themed party for a Tech giant in Silicon Valley… thanks to Entire Productions. We had a Candy Skirt, 2 Stilt Walkers, a handful of support staff, & 5 black cat Face Painters.

& on Oct. 27th we also got to debut our exciting custom built freestanding Lyra at an event in San Jose booked by Innovative Entertainment. It was a Dr. Seuss event and we created customized costumes for our aerialists to be ‘Red fish Blue fish’ inside the lollipop lyra.

– Costumes are up for rental for up to 5 days (upon pick up) and must be returned on the agreed date and time
– A $75 cleaning & damage deposit required
– Damages done to the rental are deducted to the deposit
